The GK TRIX is an all new 100% de-power 4 line kite from Globerider for 2007. Lower Aspect and more 'C' shaped than the classic Sonic, the TriX is ultra responsive with a more direct feel and super fast turn.

The word 'punchy' was mentioned most in testing the 9m TriX back to back with the incredibly smooth 8m GK Sonic. The de-power is more of an on/off affair than the progressive feel the Sonic delivers. Turns are incredibly fast and on-axis meaning the kite can be placed around the window quickly and accurately and the kite delivers the 'pop' and grunt through kiteloops that is required for todays demanding trick style.

Whilst the TriX has a very minimal 2 point bridle (similar to the original KPO bridles of early Globe kites) it also has an array of attachment points along the LE that can be used all manner of 5th line set ups.... Out of the bag, the GK TriX will come with the option of Mat Pendle's new bridle add-on that will allow the bar pressure, feedback and all round performance style of the kite to be tuned to taste.

The GK TriX is obviously designed for freestyle performance and waveriding yet at the same time it is super stable and user friendly enough to be ideal for a beginner, especialy with the benefit of the simple 'let go' 100% de-power and easy re-launch
